A food allowance
of up to $325 per month is provided for meals at Kern Medical Center.
Free food and
drinks are also delivered to the resident lounges and the clinics. Free designated
parking within the clinical facilities.

- Vacation: 28 days per year, taken as a
1-month block; 11 national holidays and 8 sick days per year.
- Health, Dental, and Vision: Medical insurance for resident,
spouse and children is a Point of Service Plan.

by the County.

in the Westwood campus provided during rotations in Los Angeles.
